FullPlated is a free text-message service by Groflo Inc. that suggests dinners and estimates what they cost at Dollar Tree and Dollar General. By texting MEALS to [NUMBER] you agree to these terms.

The text messaging program

Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The messages you receive are service messages: answers to what you asked, the dinner options and their prices, a link to the recipe and shopping list, and one follow-up per plan asking whether you cooked it. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never send a second reminder for the same plan.

Opting in

You opt in by texting MEALS to [NUMBER]. We will not message you before you text us. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after it. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or email [EMAIL].

About the prices

This is the part worth reading carefully.

Every price is an estimate before tax, based on shelf prices we recorded at a specific store on a specific date. Prices differ between stores and change over time.
We quote a range, and it is deliberately the most you would expect to pay. If you already own some of the ingredients you will pay less.
We budget the full price of every package a recipe needs, even if it only uses part of it, because that is what you pay at the register.
A shelf tag proves a price, not that the item is in stock. We cannot see inventory.
We are not a store, we do not sell food, and we have no relationship with Dollar Tree or Dollar General. We are not responsible for what a store charges you.

Allergies and food safety

Tell us about allergies and we will do our best to keep them out of what we suggest, and we will stop and ask rather than guess if we do not understand what you told us. You are responsible for reading the label on anything you buy and cook. Product formulations change, and manufacturers change what a package contains without telling us. FullPlated is not a substitute for checking the ingredients yourself, and it is not medical or dietary advice.

Recipes

Recipes are contributed by food creators we work with and adapted by us to the products a particular store actually carries. Cooking times, temperatures and instructions are guidance, not a guarantee. Use your own judgement about whether food is safely cooked.

Acceptable use

Please do not use FullPlated to send unlawful, abusive or harassing content, do not try to interfere with the service or access it by automated means, and do not use it on behalf of someone who has not agreed to receive messages. We may stop serving a number that does any of these.

Availability

FullPlated is free and provided as-is. We may change it, pause it, or stop it entirely. We do not promise it will always be available or always be right.

Disclaimer and limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, FullPlated is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of prices. Groflo Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a change materially affects the messaging program, we will tell you by text before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules.
